Una protesta così non si era mai vista a Napoli.
La Ztl del centro ( Zona a Traffico Limitato) - proposta da Confommercio e che vige nella stragrande maggioranza delle città italiane - ha portato alla paralisi del centro cittadino.
Moltissimi i negozi chiusi e commercianti in strada con personaggi infiltrati dalla camorra ( a detta del sindaco) che agitavano la folla.

Bombe carta lanciate dai protestanti, lacrimogeni lanciati dalla Polizia antisommossa, scene da guerriglia urbana, slogan contro De Magistris, il quale dichiara: "da cittadino e da napoletano una grande amarezza perché abbiamo assistito ad una sospensione del diritto a manifestare, a causa dell’infiltrazione di delinquenza comune e camorra all’interno della manifestazione".
